Write in your own language
We sell across Europe, and we would rather read your question in your own words than have you fight your way through English. Write in your language and we will answer in it.
This is also why we keep it in writing. In writing we can read a question twice, translate it properly and send you the exact size, price and date — on the phone none of that works, and a misheard number costs an order.

What gets you a complete answer in one reply
None of this is required — but if you know it, write it. It usually saves two or three e-mails back and forth.
- How many — price per piece depends on the quantity.
- When you need them — if the date is tight, say so now and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
- What they are for — a festival, a one-day event, a swimming pool, a hospital. Each one leads to a different material.
- What is to be printed — a logo, a name, a number, or nothing at all.
- Order number — if your question is about an order you have already placed. Writing from the order in your account fills it in for you.
